Crispy Italian Chicken
I struggled with what to call this because the original recipe is a lemon chicken with a delicious butter-lemon-garlic sauce, but 9 out of 10 times I make this, I don't make the sauce. The chicken is incredibly delicious on its own, picking up garlic and italian seasoning flavors during a short marinade, then the parmesan crust knocks it out of the park, creating a salty, juicy, flavorful crispy chicken that goes with just about anything. We like to make this and pick our own

Mushroom-Spinach-Gruyere Egg Bites
These are a copycat of Starbucks egg bites and they do require some special equipment with a food processor (or blender) and an Instant Pot with a silicone egg mold . But every time I make these I look forward to the tasty protein-packed breakfast waiting for me when I wake up. They are deliciously smooth and surprisingly packed with flavor from the cheese, mushrooms, and sauteed spinach-kale mix. I add a dash of garlic salt for a little extra flavor and you'll be surprised h

Molten Chocolate Cakes for Two
I almost have this recipe committed to memory which is both dangerous and comforting to know that I can always be about 20 minutes away from delicious silky, molten chocolate lava cakes. The key is picking a killer chocolate. I usually like to use Ghiardelli 60-70% Cacao. I've also been known to throw the Lindt orange-dark chocolate in there when I have it on hand. Either way, I almost always have the ingredients and it's a matter of inspiration and a little patience before I

Fettuccini Alfredo
I almost wish I didn't know how easy this is to make because it's so delicious, but also admittedly an indulgence. Let the ingredients speak for themselves and you can't go wrong with Fettuccini Alfredo. Ingredients: 1 LB Fettuccini pasta (I like to use fresh - either homemade or store bought) 1 cup Butter (yes, that's 2 sticks) 1 cup of Heavy Cream Salt / Pepper 1 dash Garlic Salt 1.5 cups Parmesan/Romano Cheese Directions: Cook pasta to al dente according to directions. Chicken Piccata
This has become my go to order at Italian restaurants lately. I don't know why it took me so long to try Chicken Piccata - it consists of all things i love; butter, citrus, salty capers, and this version adds a little body with a hit of cream. All of this melts into a beautifully pan roasted chicken breast that's coated in just enough flour to give it a nice crisp. I love to order/serve this with Fettuccini Alfredo and I have a hard time taking a bite of one without the othe
